Now boarding for Turkey ! From April 1st to 7th, the Silk Brasserie invites you to discover Mediterranean flavours during the Turkish culinary week. Berkehan Damar, Christian Lherm's trainee from Turkey and student at the Institut Paul Bocuse will join the Chef Guichonnet in the Silk kitchen. He will cook his favorite recipes : Zeytinyagli Enginar - artichoke with olive oil - Hunkar Begendi - beef with tomato and eggplant butter... delicious surprises are still to come !
